We keep things clear from the first conversation to the final handover. So you always know where you are, what's happening next, and who's responsible for making it right.
How a project with us works
Building a high-end garden is a significant investment — in time, thought and money. We've designed our process to make it as straightforward and transparent as possible, from the first enquiry through to the day we hand the garden back to you.
Step 1: Enquiry
It starts with a conversation. Use our enquiry form to tell us about your project — your location, what you're hoping to create, whether you have a garden designer involved, and a rough sense of your budget. The more detail you can share at this stage, the better. We'll review your enquiry and get in touch to arrange a site visit.
Step 2: Consultation
Henry will visit your garden for an initial consultation. This is a chance to walk the site together, understand your brief in detail, and get a clear picture of any structural or practical considerations. There's no obligation and no pressure, just an honest conversation.
Step 3: Quote
If you already have a garden design in place, we'll work directly from that. If you need design support, we can connect you with an appropriate garden designer and help facilitate the process. Once the design is confirmed and the scope is clear, we'll produce a detailed, itemised quote.
Step 4: Build
Henry oversees every project on site personally. Our team is experienced, reliable, and takes pride in its work. You'll receive regular updates and have direct access to Henry throughout, decisions are made quickly and any questions are dealt with promptly. Most builds take between 4–12 weeks depending on scale. We'll give you a realistic programme at the outset and keep you updated throughout.
Step 5: Handover
As the project draws to a close, Henry carries out a final walkthrough with you. Any remaining items are addressed before we consider the project complete. Once you're satisfied, we formally hand the garden over to you. We also schedule a follow-up visit a couple of months after completion — a chance to check in on how the garden is settling in, answer any questions, and ensure everything is performing as expected.
