Years in the planning, this ambitious project in Aspley Guise called for a team the clients could trust to interpret their ideas and bring real technical skill to a genuinely difficult build. The garden rises away from the house across a natural slope, sensitively shaped to link the indoor and outdoor spaces and make the most of the sun at different points of the day. Distinct areas each have their own feel and purpose, low maintenance throughout and designed with sociability in mind. Small design details give the eye places to pause, adding interest at every turn. The project won SILVER for Hard Landscaping at the APL 2021 Awards and featured in Pro Landscaper Magazine in November 2021.
